Sick in peace

Staying home sick is dangerous for teachers. It takes a lot of work planning to stay home and you have to seriously consider if it is more work to go sick or more work to stay home. Sometimes your body doesn't give you a choice though. Today was a first. I received text messages from my v.p. on how to handle a student. Umm can I be sick in peace at home please. It sounded like a really crazy day. I am glad I wasn't there for it.   Anyhow  my fever is lower today. I am going to take another sick day tomorrow and hope for the best. They don't have a sub for me yet.  Sigh...
