I made a roast in my Instant Pot while my parents were here. It came out very juice and delicious!
It was about 4 pounds.
In the Instant Pot I poured about a 1/2"-3/4" of Balsamic Vinegar with about 1/2 cup of water. I sprinkled a little salt and pepper on the roast, then a little garlic powder, lastly a layer of Kirkland brand no-salt seasoning. I put the Instant Pot on the slow cook setting for 4 hours. It was perfect for that size of roast. I'm getting hungry thinking about it. We ate on it all week. Before refrigerating I poured all the juice over the sliced roast. It helped keep it juicy. We ate on it all week and it never got old. I'll make it again the same way. Yum!
