GF-Pizza

Just a quick post.  I have tried a lot of gluten free products and some measure up and some are trashed. One of the things I miss is a decent pizza. We don't have gluten free options here and once in awhile I just cheat. Because PIZZA!  Then I pay a price. Anyhow my neighbor kindly made me pizza one night with a gluten free pizza dough product. Her kids ended up eating mine instead of theirs. :(   It tastes great and one of the reasons I believe is the Italian seasonings added to the dough.
